Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 3~5 years supply chain working experience especially demand planning area
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft software (MS Excel, Power BI) and ERP system (APO is desirable)
  • Independent trouble-shooting skills to identify and investigate root causal
  • APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for short/intermediate/long-term (0~24M) demand planning for standard products on monthly basis
  • Support execution of short-term demand forecast process including evaluating risks of inventory and customer service level
  • Identify supply gaps through metrics, propose and implement corresponding mitigation plans by working with global planning resources in order to reduce the impact from demand volatility on supply chain
  • Conduct regular business and performance reviews with stakeholders including demand planning community/BU/Finance/Manufacturing etc
  • Analyze the metrics miss causal and proactively take corrective actions to avoid reoccurrence
  • Participating in and support product life cycle management including NPI, phase-out etc
  • Work with global planning team to achieve the target inventory level
  • Manage projects with ambiguous situation and develop methods to make judgments independently
