Responsibilities

Screening van patiënten doorverwezen naar hart- of longrevalidatie, inclusief anamnese, lichamelijk onderzoek en begeleiden van fietsinspanningstesten
Beoordeling van screeningresultaten en vaststellen van revalidatieprogramma’s
Begeleiden van patiënten tijdens de revalidatieperiode als onderdeel van een multidisciplinair team
Onder supervisie van een cardioloog leiding geven aan een multidisciplinair team (fysiotherapeut, bewegingsagoog, ergotherapeut, (GZ)-psycholoog, diëtist, maatschappelijk werker)
Meedraaien in avond/nacht/weekenddiensten (bereikbaarheidsdiensten) voor klinische patiënten in Basalt Leiden
