The shift is Tuesday/Wednesday 7-4:30, Thursday/Friday 7-4 pm, Saturday 7-10, totaling a full-time 40-hour position.
This is an on-site position at the sheep farm and laboratory in Benson, VT.
The role requires the ability to carry out all aspects of animal husbandry and welfare, work independently and as a team across two farms, follow treatment policies and standard processes, and comply with USDA, IACUC protocols, Animal Welfare Act, health and safety regulations. Physical ability to lift 40 lbs. without assistance and wear PPE is also needed.
