Requirements

Responsibilities

As an Analytics Engineering Manager, you will scale a team of Analytics Engineers, lead the development of flexible and scalable data models, assist with product initiatives to deliver data marts to customers, partner with Data Science teams on core metrics and marts, collaborate with Data Engineering teams on infrastructure, partner with business stakeholders for reporting, establish testing frameworks, identify opportunities for self-service tooling, and continuously improve data processes within Carta.
