Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 5-6 analytics engineers, providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance
  • Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other leads to deliver scalable and consistent approaches to data governance and best practices
  • Participate in the review cycle, architecture, and design leadership of analytics engineering projects
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines, architectures, and architectures
  • Drive effective project management of central analytics engineering projects, ensuring well- scoped and delivered projects
  • Establish relationships with other collectives and leadership team to drive business outcomes
  • Develop and maintain data models, data warehouses, and data visualizations
  • Collaborate with data scientists to develop and implement machine learning and data science techniques
  • Participate in the hiring process for analytics engineering roles
  • Establish a strong presence within the analytics engineering team, providing value to the leadership team
  • Collaborate with other leads to drive business outcomes and deliver scalable and consistent approaches to data governance and best practices
  • Develop and maintain relationships with other teams, including product, design, and customer success
  • Participate in the development of analytics engineering documentation and knowledge base
