Requirements

Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in analytics engineering or data engineering, demonstrating strong proficiency in SQL and a solid understanding of data modeling fundamentals. Familiarity with command-line tools and ETL/ELT processes, including dbt (preferred) and Dagster, is required, along with experience working with cloud platforms and cloud-based data warehouses. Knowledge of modern engineering best practices, such as version control and CI/CD, is also necessary.

Responsibilities

As an Analytics Engineer at Imagine Pediatrics, you will be responsible for building and maintaining core data models to power analytics and reporting, investigating and validating data quality through testing and monitoring, developing scalable ELT pipelines for reporting and analysis, documenting data logic and business rules, partnering with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide actionable insights, and collaborating with other engineers to maintain and optimize the data architecture for a high-growth healthcare data platform.
