You will work with high autonomy as the manager is not on site, requiring initiative and priority management, with a strong focus on production floor presence, operational meetings, continuous improvement, and collaboration with manufacturing teams.
Strong candidates have a relevant Bac+3 to Bac+5 degree, production experience from internships or alternance, passion for digital tools like Excel, ERP, Blue Yonder, and Power BI, plus bilingual skills in French and English, and the ability to work autonomously on site.
