  • Formation Bac+3 à Bac+5 (supply chain, logistique, génie industriel, ou équivalent)
  • Expérience en alternance ou stage significatif dans un environnement de production industrielle
  • Passionné(e) par les outils numériques, maîtrise d'Excel et aisance avec les solutions ERP
  • Première expérience avec Blue Yonder et Power BI (un plus)
  • Français courant
  • Anglais professionnel (oral et écrit)

Responsibilities

  • Gérer la création et le suivi des ordres de fabrication, en veillant à leur bon déroulement et à la mise à disposition des composants
  • Assurer un suivi quotidien de la production, avec une forte présence sur le terrain et en collaboration directe avec les équipes de fabrication
  • Participer activement aux réunions opérationnelles (Tier meetings), faire remonter les alertes (escalations) et contribuer à la résolution rapide des blocages
  • Analyser les écarts de performance et contribuer aux plans d’action correctifs
  • Optimiser les flux internes et la planification de production
  • Conduire des actions d’amélioration continue, avec un fort focus sur la standardisation et la simplification des processus pour garantir efficacité et qualité
  • Participer à des projets d’amélioration continue (Lean, automatisation, digitalisation...)
  • Garantir la qualité et la fiabilité des données de base (Master Data)
