Requirements

They should have at least three years of experience in a progressive role in financial analysis or revenue cycle management, with significant experience in the US healthcare sector being a key advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with advanced communication and presentation skills, and proficiency in financial software and data analysis tools. Experience with Looker and SQL is also desirable.

Responsibilities

The Financial Analyst, Revenue Cycle Management will analyze and interpret complex financial data related to revenue cycle operations, including billing, accounts receivable, denials/recoveries, and reimbursement rates. They will contribute to the implementation and execution of a revenue analysis process to optimize revenue and prevent losses, establish a reimbursement rate matrix, identify trends and opportunities for revenue improvement, and develop strategies to optimize revenue cycle operations. The role also involves collaborating with interfunctional teams, preparing financial reports and presentations, and tracking key performance indicators related to revenue cycle management.
