Requirements

3+ years experience as a Test Developer or Senior QA Engineer in agile environments
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or similar
Strong expertise in automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, TestNG)
Experience with regression testing and maintaining large test suites
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration with test automation (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java)
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities

Define and implement test strategies for functional, regression, performance, and integration testing
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned with business and technical requirements
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automated test frameworks and suites
Identify opportunities for automation across the SDLC and drive adoption of best practices
Ensure automation coverage for critical paths and regression scenarios
Own and manage the regression testing process to ensure stability across releases
Maintain a robust regression suite and ensure timely execution during release cycles
Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement
Coordinate testing efforts across multiple teams and projects
Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure testability and quality from the start
Track and report on test coverage, defect metrics, and release readiness
Provide actionable insights to stakeholders based on test results and trends
Manage and optimize test environments and CI/CD pipelines for automated testing
Evaluate and implement new testing tools and technologies
