Requirements

  • M.Sc. (Chemistry) / Pharm D
  • Analyst with 1-2 years of experience in a Quality Control (QC) lab
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry or a relevant field

Responsibilities

  • Perform timely analysis of stability samples (accelerated, ongoing, and long-term) to meet the schedule and achieve 100% KPI compliance
  • Conduct analysis of NPI (New Product Introduction) batches, analytical method validation/verification, and testing of reference standards for qualification
  • Prepare stability protocols and reports, receive stability samples, update stability schedules, label samples, and pull stability samples as per schedules
  • Complete and maintain all related documents (worksheets, logbooks, protocols, reports, etc.) in accordance with data integrity principles (ALCOA+)
  • Monitor all stability chambers and report any malfunctions in a timely manner
  • Report any OOT (Out of Trend), OOS (Out of Specification), atypical results, events, or deviations promptly
  • Ensure proper disposal of waste
  • Provide timely stability data to the QS (Quality Systems) department for PPR (Periodic Product Review) reports
  • Properly archive stability data and maintain the tracker to ensure easy retrieval and compliance
  • Support the Finished Goods Testing department in achieving CTR (Confirms to Release) targets
  • Support audit preparation activities in collaboration with the reporting manager
  • Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Quality, and other relevant policies and legal requirements, as well as Haleon Guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and legal requirements, as well as Haleon Guidelines
  • Perform any other responsibilities assigned as needed to meet business requirements
