  • 3+ years in analyst relations or 5+ years in communications at a high-tech company or PR agency with analyst relations experience
  • Experience partnering with product marketing, product management, and customer advocacy teams
  • Demonstrated understanding of SaaS and unified communications industry, including hardware partners, developers, security, and competitive landscape
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with strong relationship management abilities
  • Quick learner mindset with good work ethic, able to respond to various requests with tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strategic thinking skills and comfort speaking with higher executives and industry analysts
  • Based in Singapore

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic programs to top-tier industry analysts
  • Collaborate with key analysts through push and pull programs to contribute to Zoom’s positive market position
  • Effectively communicate vision, strategy, product direction, customer success, and market position
  • Manage select industry analyst and influencer relations as part of Zoom's Market Insights team
  • Work closely with Product, Solutions, and Industry Marketing teams and cross-functional groups
  • Advance Zoom's position as a leading UCaaS and CCaaS vendor with the analyst/influencer community in the Asia Pacific and Japan regions
