Responsibilities
The Analyst will assist Blackstone’s real estate team in evaluating investment opportunities and managing the existing portfolio across APAC, including financial modeling, market research, due diligence on acquisition opportunities, preparing written analyses, and supporting investment decisions. They will also travel to properties and meet with management to formulate investment strategies and business plans.
