Responsibilities

  • General administrative support to the RNG-Technical Services operations team
  • Participate in company’s objectives within the EPA’s Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) and California’s Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) compliance programs
  • Collect recurring monthly documents and data from clients operating RNG facilities
  • Populate recurring monthly greenhouse gas (GHG) emission models
  • Maintain a recordkeeping tracker and report status to supervisor
  • Update internal recordkeeping database with changes in regulations
  • Archiving documents with high attention to detail and organization
  • Support team leads during client onboarding and ongoing compliance requirements
  • Perform QAQC on data collection and inputs on the tracker of renewable fuel inventory
  • Fill out monthly transactional statement templates with facility specific inputs
  • Send out emails to clients for completed forms, questions, and information requests
  • Facilitate facility specific data requests for third party auditors
  • Assist with quality assurance protocol (QAP) functions
  • Frequent processing and validating of large amount of Excel data
  • Routine check-ins and reporting with Operations, Account Managers and with Supervisors
  • On-going development of systems and procedures to improve efficiency
