Responsibilities

General administrative support to the RNG-Technical Services operations team
Participate in company’s objectives within the EPA’s Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) and California’s Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) compliance programs
Collect recurring monthly documents and data from clients operating RNG facilities
Populate recurring monthly greenhouse gas (GHG) emission models
Maintain a recordkeeping tracker and report status to supervisor
Update internal recordkeeping database with changes in regulations
Archiving documents with high attention to detail and organization
Support team leads during client onboarding and ongoing compliance requirements
Perform QAQC on data collection and inputs on the tracker of renewable fuel inventory
Fill out monthly transactional statement templates with facility specific inputs
Send out emails to clients for completed forms, questions, and information requests
Facilitate facility specific data requests for third party auditors
Assist with quality assurance protocol (QAP) functions
Frequent processing and validating of large amount of Excel data
Routine check-ins and reporting with Operations, Account Managers and with Supervisors
On-going development of systems and procedures to improve efficiency
