Requirements

The candidate must possess knowledge of the Asset Management and Private Market industry, strong relationship building and influencing skills with a client-centric mindset, and a high level of professionalism. Excellent verbal and written German language skills are essential for servicing German-speaking investors. A results-driven attitude, passion for private markets and the financial industry, and eagerness for client relations combining analytical and interpersonal skills are also required.

Responsibilities

The Analyst will support regional Relationship Managers in maintaining existing investor relationships and prospecting activities within the DACH region. Responsibilities include coordinating and producing presentation materials, cash flow forecasts, fee/performance data, and due diligence materials, as well as managing investor closing/transfer processes, including KYC/AML and due diligence support. The role also involves maintaining CRM records, supporting RFP processes, collaborating with internal teams and external service providers, and assisting senior team members with their daily activities and firm-wide projects.
