Requirements

1-2 years of relevant experience from investment banking, private equity, or hedge fund
Strong analytical skills
Exceptional financial modelling and analytical skills
Execution experience, with ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines

Responsibilities

Support transactions throughout their lifecycle: origination, underwriting, managing due diligence processes, negotiations of transaction documentation, and asset management, including follow-on acquisitions and exits
Support financing activities for both new and existing investments, including evaluation of different financing options, legal coordination and negotiation with lenders
Support the preparation of investment memoranda to be presented to PIMCO investment committees
Contribute to thematic reviews and strategic research for investment theses
Work with the asset management team on establishing initial business plans, business plan execution, performance monitoring and reporting, financing and exits of the investments
