Responsibilities
Assist in the development of strategic business plans for supply chain planning function
Prepare, communicate, and monitor production and capacity plans, including forward and reverse logistics
Work extensively with system data to form trends and patterns; provide suggestions to management for process and control improvements
Support master data management (MDM) policies to ensure consistency, accuracy, and control in information maintenance and use
Coordinate with the Business Intelligence and Analytics technical team to develop reports, dashboards, interfaces, and extensions for planning applications
Collaborate with the supply chain operations team to support vendor management of 3rd party logistics providers
Leverage Supply Chain systems, processes, and tools for materials management, planning, forecasting, network optimization, and transportation management
Manage small to medium performance improvement projects to increase production quality and capacity for forward and reverse logistics
Communicate project timelines, deliverables, and risks to supply chain leadership
Liaise with key stakeholders to execute the New Product Introduction (NPI) process and initiate change requests for new products in planning and reporting
Support development of repeatable, scalable plans and processes to speed time to market and improve operational efficiency
Mentor more junior analysts to facilitate accurate work completion
Gather data and inputs for supply and production plans, track inventory levels, and monitor key performance indicators
Partner with stakeholders for alignment on sales and operations planning (S&OP) inputs/outputs
