  • In-depth experience, knowledge, and skills in own discipline (supply chain planning)
  • Advanced working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems or proven ability to learn new systems quickly

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of strategic business plans for supply chain planning function
  • Prepare, communicate, and monitor production and capacity plans, including forward and reverse logistics
  • Work extensively with system data to form trends and patterns; provide suggestions to management for process and control improvements
  • Support master data management (MDM) policies to ensure consistency, accuracy, and control in information maintenance and use
  • Coordinate with the Business Intelligence and Analytics technical team to develop reports, dashboards, interfaces, and extensions for planning applications
  • Collaborate with the supply chain operations team to support vendor management of 3rd party logistics providers
  • Leverage Supply Chain systems, processes, and tools for materials management, planning, forecasting, network optimization, and transportation management
  • Manage small to medium performance improvement projects to increase production quality and capacity for forward and reverse logistics
  • Communicate project timelines, deliverables, and risks to supply chain leadership
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to execute the New Product Introduction (NPI) process and initiate change requests for new products in planning and reporting
  • Support development of repeatable, scalable plans and processes to speed time to market and improve operational efficiency
  • Mentor more junior analysts to facilitate accurate work completion
  • Gather data and inputs for supply and production plans, track inventory levels, and monitor key performance indicators
  • Partner with stakeholders for alignment on sales and operations planning (S&OP) inputs/outputs
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
