Requirements

Candidates are required to have 3-5 years of related experience with legal invoicing or other general legal/administrative department processing, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality with all communications, information, and/or documents.

Responsibilities

The Analyst 2, Legal Operations will support legal invoice processing, tracking, and reporting, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to set up suppliers, resolve invoice issues, maintain the Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker tool, assist with internal Legal Ops web pages, and manage Legal Ops Smartsheet documents; they will also research problems with invoices, work with outside counsel on discrepancies, process ServiceNow payment requests and purchase order requests, and assist with other legal operations tasks and projects as requested.
