Position Overview

NIQ is seeking an HR Data Analyst to join their team and revolutionize recruitment through data. This role is for someone who understands numbers and people, recognizing that behind every recruitment metric is a real decision and a real person. The successful candidate will have a tangible impact on the recruitment strategy of a global organization, with their reports influencing decisions made by leaders.


Responsibilities

  • Create reports and dashboards (Power BI) to identify what's working and what needs improvement in recruitment funnels, time-to-hire, candidate quality, and team productivity.
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders, engaging in daily conversations to find solutions together.
  • Extract and present key insights from data in a simple, understandable manner.
  • Support workforce planning by analyzing historical data and forecasting future needs.
  • Ensure data quality and data flow in collaboration with the IT, Data Engineering, and HR Tech teams.
  • Propose and implement process improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR data analysis, preferably supporting a recruitment team.
  • Proficiency in building dashboards using Power BI and communicating data effectively.
  • Ability to collaborate with leaders and bridge the gap between data and people.
  • Experience with tools such as SmartRecruiters or Workday.
  • Good command of the English language for global collaboration.
  • Bonus: Experience with Python or basic data modeling.
