At least 2 years of experience in data analysis
Proficiency in databases (joining data from various sources) and SQL at least at intermediate level
Knowledge of Python with willingness to learn further
Experience with Power BI or another reporting-visualization tool
Higher education related to mathematics, data analysis, statistics, econometrics, or economics
Enjoy collaboration and brainstorming in a team
Interest in data and the broader context of its use
Conscientiousness, responsibility, completing tasks to the end with respect for deadlines
Ability to express yourself freely: courage to speak up and say what you think
Ability to communicate effectively with both IT and business sides
Nice to have:
Knowledge of ETL processes, automation, and query optimization

Responsibilities

Identify where to find information and extract it using analytical tools, writing code mainly in SQL, with Python available
Process data carefully: cleaning, supplementing, and integrating
Check data: critically evaluate and verify
Simplify and automate analytical processes, as well as create them from scratch
Draw conclusions from data and propose changes in their processing
Visualize important information: create charts that say more than 1000 words
Create interactive dashboards enabling business recipients to drill down into data independently
Present results: convincingly and understandably for recipients
Ensure quality of delivered analyses and processes with a sense of responsibility for tasks
Actively collaborate in the team, creating and proposing new reports, analyses, and analytical processes
