Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in data analysis
  • Proficiency in databases (joining data from various sources) and SQL at least at intermediate level
  • Knowledge of Python with willingness to learn further
  • Experience with Power BI or another reporting-visualization tool
  • Higher education related to mathematics, data analysis, statistics, econometrics, or economics
  • Enjoy collaboration and brainstorming in a team
  • Interest in data and the broader context of its use
  • Conscientiousness, responsibility, completing tasks to the end with respect for deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Identify where to find information and extract it using analytical tools, writing code mainly in SQL, with Python available
  • Process data carefully: cleaning, supplementing, and integrating
  • Check data: critically evaluate and verify
  • Simplify and automate analytical processes, as well as create them from scratch
  • Draw conclusions from data and propose changes in their processing
  • Visualize important information: create charts that say more than 1000 words
  • Create interactive dashboards enabling business recipients to drill down into data independently
  • Present results: convincingly and understandably for recipients
  • Ensure quality of delivered analyses and processes with a sense of responsibility for tasks
  • Actively collaborate in the team, creating and proposing new reports, analyses, and analytical processes
