Requirements

Candidates should possess a higher education degree, preferably in economics, and demonstrate analytical skills, the ability to draw conclusions, and problem-solving capabilities. Familiarity with the MS Office suite, particularly JIRA, is advantageous, as is knowledge of credit products and the credit process, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises. Understanding of business regulations and different legal forms (sole proprietorships, civil partnerships, and limited liability companies) is also required.

Responsibilities

The Business Analyst will prepare business requirements for new functionalities, initiate changes in existing processes and regulations considering legal and risk factors, consult with other departments (Legal, Risk, Documentation, Security, Branch Banking), actively participate in customer and application user research, conduct communication activities, presentations, webinars, and training for users, and engage in maintaining the process in daily sales support.
