Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage information flow between CONTRACTORS and CLIENT to ensure all CONTRACTOR representatives have necessary information for activities described in the SOW and its annexes
  • Prepare managerial presentations and various reports
  • Participate in and lead (if necessary) project-related meetings, recording discussions and pending items in meeting minutes
  • Monitor and review project plans monthly (Integration, Communication, Stakeholders, Resources, etc.) and their annexes
  • Consolidate information on Integration, Communication, Stakeholders, Schedule, Cost, SMS, Procurement, Risks, Resources, etc., including action plan follow-up
  • Consolidate and keep updated the project organogram, responsibility matrix, and communication list
  • Manage communication interface between CLIENT and project stakeholders
  • Prepare and issue project progress reports in the defined periodicity in English and Portuguese
  • Plan and participate in project technical meetings
  • Administer technical interfaces with internal and external sectors to CLIENT, focusing on project scope control
  • Provide technical support for analysis of monthly reports, RO, letters, and other contract correspondences for the project
  • Monitor and control recommendations from review groups that supported project phase approvals
  • Apply Checklists as demanded by the CLIENT
