Graduação em Ciência de Dados, Matemática, Engenharia, Estatística, Ciência da Computação ou áreas relacionadas
Proficiência em Python e experiência com bibliotecas como Numpy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Jupyter etc
Experiência com modelagem de risco
Conhecimento em métodos de Machine Learning e Data Science, tais como aprendizagem supervisionada (regressão e classificação), não supervisionada (clustering, redução dimensional) e algoritmos de aprendizagem como Boosting, Random Forest, KNN, Redes Neurais etc
Domínio na consulta e manipulação de bases de dados para construção e validação de modelos
Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e em equipe, com excelente comunicação e habilidades interpessoais

Experiência acadêmica ou profissional em Agronegócio
Experiência de pesquisa em nível de mestrado/doutorado
Experiência com engenharia de software e engenharia de Machine Learning
Experiência em trabalhar em ambientes ágeis e colaborativos, com foco em entrega de valor contínuo
Conhecimento em outras linguagens de programação, como R, SQL, Scala e Java
Conhecimento em Hadoop, Spark/Pyspark, Polars etc
Conhecimento em ambiente Cloud (preferencialmente AWS)
Experiência com automações e orquestração de pipelines (preferencialmente Airflow)

Responsibilities

Desenvolver modelos de risco que otimizem a capacidade de análise e concessão de crédito no Agronegócio
Executar as decisões estratégicas de planejamento/design, análise, desenvolvimento e apoio à implantação de modelos preditivos de machine learning, bem como a realização de feature engineering e criações de atributos para os modelos e produtos
Documentar e comunicar os resultados dos modelos de forma clara e acionável para diferentes stakeholders
Realizar apresentações e coletas de feedbacks de clientes internos e externos
Colaborar com equipes multidisciplinares, incluindo profissionais dos times de Engenharia e Produtos, para entender as necessidades, identificar possibilidades de melhorias nos processos e produtos sob o ponto de vista de modelagem
Explorar novas variáveis e informações para melhorar a capacidade preditiva dos modelos
Avaliar e implementar novas técnicas/tecnologias que possibilitem melhorar a eficiência e precisão dos modelos de risco
Monitorar constantemente o alinhamento entre as decisões técnicas em ciência de dados e os objetivos do negócio
