Responsibilities

  • Attend to requests and requirements from the branch network related to auto insurance quotes, movements, and policy follow-up
  • Integrate, clean, and load inputs into tariff systems from commercial partners for new sales and renewals
  • Participate in validation and quality control processes for tariff, vehicle, and premium databases
  • Collaborate in the periodic update of catalogs for units, postal codes, deductibles, and coverages, with nightly releases
  • Support the monitoring and analysis of operational and product indicators
  • Coordinate with internal areas and insurers for the correct implementation of tariffs and technical adjustments
  • Document processes and propose continuous improvements in information management and control
