Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products, from launch to iteration, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs
- Monitor product performance metrics, user adoption rates, and customer feedback to guide improvement plans
- Develop and execute product operation strategies to enhance user engagement, retention, and monetization
- Drive initiatives to optimize product usage and customer satisfaction through data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate closely with product managers, R&D, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless product delivery and operation
- Coordinate resources to implement new features, updates, and operational campaigns
- Analyze product usage data, operational KPIs, and customer behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Provide actionable insights to support product optimization and strategic planning
- Track industry trends, AI technology developments, and competitor offerings to inform product operation strategies
- Recommend adjustments to maintain competitive advantage
- Design and refine operational processes, workflows, and SOPs to improve efficiency and scalability
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and quality standards
