Foundational understanding of GPT models (e.g., ChatGPT, OpenAI API, prompt engineering)
Familiarity with tools like OpenAI’s Custom GPTs and Microsoft Copilot
Strong experience in backend software development
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript or no-code/low-code platforms
Experience with AI models, particularly GPT-based APIs, and integrating them into applications
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS and Azure, and related deployment tools
Understanding of database systems and RESTful/API design principles
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Bonus: Experience with full-stack software development
Bonus: Familiarity with OpenAI functionalities such as GPT Actions, Assistants API, function calling, finetuning and Copilot integrations across the Microsoft ecosystem

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable cloud-based architectures that support custom GPT functionalities
Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and deliver effective backend solutions
Optimize application performance and ensure reliability and scalability
Continuously improve existing applications and develop new features aligned with evolving AI technologies
