Requirements
Candidates should possess proven experience of shipping AI-powered features that delivered real business value, hands-on experience building with today’s top AI tools including LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex), vector search (FAISS, Pinecone), and agentic systems, strong programming skills in at least one programming language suitable for AI development (e.g. Python), experience designing and deploying end-to-end machine learning or AI-powered systems, comfort with ambiguity, prototyping, and experimenting with fast-evolving tools, and a passion for teaching, writing clear documentation, and enabling others to learn. Strong systems thinking and an ability to translate business problems into AI solutions are also required, along with a hacker’s mindset - creative, pragmatic, and execution-oriented. Experience working in or building your own startup is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
The AI Solution Architect will explore & evaluate state-of-the-art AI technologies including LLMs, vector databases, agent frameworks, and open-source models, build & ship production-ready AI features that deliver tangible business value, collaborate across teams to identify high-leverage AI use cases, establish internal standards, frameworks, and documentation for scalable and responsible AI development, up-skill the team by leading workshops, mentoring engineers, and fostering a culture of AI fluency, influence architectural decisions for robust and cost-effective AI infrastructure, and develop strategies for cost-performance tradeoffs in deploying AI models at scale.
