15+ years combining expert Finance and Accounting domain knowledge with strong technical expertise in Python, AI, and ML application
Proven leadership in driving end-to-end digital finance transformation programs including AI-powered forecasting, automation, and analytics
Deep understanding of finance domains such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Financial Planning & Analysis, Risk & Compliance, Treasury, and Tax Operations
Strong experience with finance technology ecosystems, ERP integrations, automation platforms like SynOps, and advanced data analytics
15+ years of extensive experience combining Talent and HR functional expertise with technical leadership
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence senior executives and multiple client stakeholders
Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects, high-performing teams, and ensuring delivery excellence under tight deadlines
Strong business acumen and consultative mindset for aligning technology solutions with client finance strategies
Advanced Python development skills and proficiency in AI/ML implementation across enterprise HR systems
