Any Graduation
13 to 18 years of experience
Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end ETL pipelines across multiple deployment archetypes (SaaS, Client Instance, Hybrid)
Build data ingestion workflows from ERP, CRM, AI, and external data systems into platform’s data foundation
Ensure ETL logic adheres to standard data schemas, validation rules, and governance frameworks
Skill in Tech for Operations - Data Architecture Principles
Ability to identify and assess complex problems requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors
Adherence to strategic direction set by senior management for near-term goals
Interaction with senior management at client and/or within Accenture, potentially requiring acceptance of alternate approaches
Latitude in decision-making and ability to act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments
Decisions have major day-to-day impact on area of responsibility
Manage large to medium-sized teams and/or work efforts (even if in individual contributor role)
Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Enterprise Architect Leads to define data flow architectures, lineage, and mapping logic
Work with Product Engineering to integrate client-specific connectors or prebuilt accelerators
Support the configuration vs customization governance process — ensuring all integrations stay within product-defined boundaries
Be part of the Technology for Operations team acting as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations
Provide innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model
Work closely with sales, offering, and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions (including AHO, ISMT, Intelligent Automation)
