Any Graduation
13 to 18 years of experience
Understanding of foundational principles and knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) including concepts, techniques, and tools
Ability to design and deploy AI/ML and GenAI models within SaaS platform to enhance process intelligence (e.g., invoice classification, anomaly detection, demand forecasting, or chatbot automation)
Ability to collaborate with Data Architects to ensure data readiness and feature availability for model consumption
Ability to develop and operationalize Agentic AI workflows that connect SaaS platform modules, external APIs, and reasoning engines
Ability to partner with Product Engineering to embed reusable AI components and inference pipelines into the platform’s architecture
Ability to align AI initiatives with process transformation goals, focusing on measurable value realization (accuracy improvement, FTE optimization, compliance enhancement)
Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Responsibilities

Identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility
Create solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals
Interact with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach
Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments
Make decisions that have a major day-to-day impact on area of responsibility
Manage large-medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
Be part of the Technology for Operations team acting as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations, providing innovative and secure technologies to build an intelligent operating model
Work closely with sales, offering, and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions (major sub deals include AHO, ISMT, Intelligent Automation)
