Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in data science or analytics, with 2 years in a leadership role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven marketing analytics solutions across the consumer credit lifecycle (prospecting, acquisition, portfolio management)
  • Hands-on building and iteration on agentic AI solutions using coding languages and packages, contributing directly to the development of intelligent agents can marketing decision-making and optimization
  • Champion the use of agentic AI intelligence to enhance campaign targeting, personalization, and optimization
  • Drive the development of new analytical products and services, using Big Data platforms and cloud-based infrastructure
  • Be a subject matter expert on credit bureau data, marketing attribution, and predictive modeling in consumer lending
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and learning
  • Collaborate with partners across Marketing, Product and Technology to align analytics projects with strategic goals
  • Oversee the deployment and monitoring of machine learning models in production environments, ensuring performance, compliance and scalability
  • Present insights, strategies, and recommendations to senior leadership and external clients
  • Translate business requirements into actionable AI solutions, balancing innovation with operational feasibility
