The AI Engineering Curriculum Manager will work closely with a team to create hands-on learning experiences covering topics like RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and modern AI frameworks.

  • AI Ecosystem Awareness: Staying current with the latest trends, tools, and techniques shaping the AI engineering ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Strategy:
    • Design and develop a curriculum covering technical AI engineering topics, including:
      • Building and deploying AI systems (e.g., RAG, fine-tuning, etc…).
      • Building agentic applications using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, smolagents, and more.
      • Prompt engineering and evaluation (reliability, reproducibility, and performance).
      • System design and architecture for scalable, real-world AI applications.
      • Tooling and infrastructure, including vector databases, orchestration tools, and cloud-native deployment strategies.
    • Collaborate with instructors to create engaging learning materials.
    • Act as "learner zero" and represent the learner’s perspective in content development. (Review code, exercises, and course materials)
