The AI Engineer will lead the development and experimentation of new AI features, successfully integrating and deploying new AI technologies into Siena AI’s core product to enhance customer service solutions, while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of AI-driven product features. They will also stay abreast of the latest developments in AI, particularly in LLMs, to maintain Siena AI’s position at the forefront of innovation, and contribute to a user-centric approach by prioritizing projects based on their impact on real people’s lives.
