Experience with LLMs, fine-tuning, prompting, model distillation, or AI agents is a bonus.
The AI Engineer will design, build, and optimize AI models to enhance automation and decision-making for IT operations. They will work closely with design and product teams to build user-centric experiences, research and experiment with cutting-edge AI techniques, and collaborate with AI and backend engineers to integrate the AI-powered platform into customer-facing tools.
