Requirements

Candidates must have native or near-native proficiency in English, with expert reading and writing skills to be proven on a written test. Responsibilities

AI Data Trainers will label and rank machine learning data to ensure integrity and quality. They will audit and correct inaccuracies in language data, including text, image, JSON, TSV/CSV, and Markdown. Responsibilities also include completing text-based tasks with high attention to detail, performing preference-based tasks to evaluate responses, and recommending optimizations for data quality and model performance. Trainers will provide feedback to cross-functional team members, particularly on language-related matters, and execute repetitive and precise tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
