  • 6+ years of experience in a data driven environment as a Product Owner, Project Manager, Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst
  • 2+ years experience in demand gen and marketing funnel performance analysis
  • 2 to 5 years of business analysis experience

Responsibilities

  • Deliver advanced analytics and AI-driven insights on eCommerce and digital channels (including retargeting and CRM activity) to inform Marketing and Operations strategies
  • Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to forecast campaign performance, customer behavior, and revenue trends
  • Create automated dashboards and real-time reporting using Looker and other BI tools, integrating AI for anomaly detection and trend analysis
  • Perform data mining and feature engineering to uncover patterns that optimize marketing campaigns and operational efficiency
  • Analyze risks and opportunities using AI-powered simulations and scenario modeling, providing actionable recommendations for executives
  • Collaborate on AI-enabled marketing projects, ensuring alignment with campaign management processes and advanced analytics
  • Implement natural language processing (NLP) for sentiment analysis and customer feedback insights
  • Ensure data integrity and governance while leveraging AI for data quality checks and compliance monitoring
  • Integrate Salesforce and Marketo data with AI models to enhance marketing funnel performance and attribution analysis
  • Communicate findings through data storytelling, using interactive visualizations and AI-driven insights for executive presentations
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define AI use cases, gather requirements, and incorporate feedback into intelligent dashboard designs
  • Support quarterly budget reconciliation and expense tracking with predictive analytics for cost optimization
