Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Data Science, or a related field, with 0-2 years of professional experience, including personal projects, coursework, or self-directed learning. Demonstrated passion for Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) is highly valued, along with a basic understanding of machine learning concepts and natural language processing, and experience with AI platforms and tools such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Hugging Face.

Responsibilities

The AI Analyst will work directly with the Chief Product & Technology Officer to identify opportunities for AI integration, research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, prototype AI-powered solutions to enhance products and workflows, implement and deploy production-ready AI capabilities, lead the rollout of successful AI solutions, provide hands-on support during implementation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, stay current with AI developments, document findings and best practices, train team members on AI technologies, create and deliver presentations on AI implementation, and analyze the impact of AI for data-driven improvements.
