Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field, with a PhD preferred for architect-level roles, and at least four years of experience in AI/ML, specifically with recent experience in agentic systems and hands-on development of LLM-based applications. Strong proficiency in Python and orchestration libraries such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar is required, along with deep knowledge of LLMs like GPT, Claude, LLaMA, and Mistral, including prompt engineering, agent memory, tool calling, and autonomous task execution.
