Más de 5 años de experiencia comprobable en desarrollo de software backend o full-stack, entregando y manteniendo servicios en producción a escala
Nivel experto en TypeScript / JavaScript (requisito excluyente), con profundo entendimiento de arquitecturas web modernas y patrones event-driven

Capacidad para diseñar soluciones escalables y resilientes que integren APIs de terceros y componentes de IA complejos
Curiosidad y autonomía para experimentar, probar e implementar nuevas herramientas de IA emergentes
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y resolución de problemas

Responsibilities

Diseñar y desarrollar agentes inteligentes capaces de comprender y responder a consultas de equipos internos o clientes
Construir sistemas multiagente que colaboren para resolver tareas organizacionales complejas entre distintas áreas
Integrar y coordinar diferentes tecnologías y fuentes de datos (APIs, documentación, herramientas internas) para asegurar el acceso en tiempo real a información relevante
Implementar y mantener pipelines RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) y conectarlos con arquitecturas de orquestación con estado, como LangGraph
Evaluar, ajustar y mejorar continuamente el rendimiento, la autonomía y la confiabilidad de los agentes
Colaborar con equipos interdisciplinarios para identificar casos de uso de alto impacto y promover la adopción de estas soluciones
