  • Proficiency in using AI as a copilot for data analysis, trend detection, efficient documentation, and relevant recommendations
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, structure, and translate business needs into concrete solutions that create measurable and sustainable value
  • Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring delivered solutions meet expressed needs
  • Understand client stakes and map their existing processes
  • Gather, challenge, and formalize business requirements as user stories, use cases, and functional specifications
  • Animate workshops for framing, ideation, or refinement to align all stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, designers, and architects for coherence between business vision and technical solutions
  • Leverage AI to analyze data, detect trends, draft and structure functional documentation more effectively, and enhance recommendation relevance
  • Work in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to bring clarity, coherence, and value to each iteration
