Requirements

DEC or BAC in business administration (specialization in accounting) or equivalent combination of education and experience
2+ years of experience in customer service (call center), application support, or relevant experience with accounting software
Keen sense of customer service and constant willingness to ensure user satisfaction
Excellent teamwork skills, with the goal of contributing to achieving set results
Good judgment, critical thinking, and discernment in resolving problematic situations
High autonomy while respecting established methods and processes
