Requirements

  • Friendly Demeanor
  • Comfortable with using Technology
  • Availability for on-call duties: 5:00 p.m. Friday to 7:15 a.m. Monday; staff meetings at 9:15 a.m. Mondays and 2:30 p.m. Fridays (1 hour); 5:00 p.m. day preceding holidays to 8:00 a.m. following day
  • Willingness to fill-in for a caregiver in an emergency situation until a replacement is found
  • One 24-hour period off per week

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing Shift Notes
  • Clocking Caregiver In and Out
  • Scheduling Replacement Caregivers for Call-Outs
  • Support Caregivers During their Shifts
  • Answering Client Questions
  • Bringing Ease and Comfort to Our Clients and Caregivers
  • Visiting a Client on a Rare Occasion
  • Attend staff meetings
  • Be available to perform on-call duties during specified periods
