- Friendly Demeanor
- Comfortable with using Technology
- Availability for on-call duties: 5:00 p.m. Friday to 7:15 a.m. Monday; staff meetings at 9:15 a.m. Mondays and 2:30 p.m. Fridays (1 hour); 5:00 p.m. day preceding holidays to 8:00 a.m. following day
- Willingness to fill-in for a caregiver in an emergency situation until a replacement is found
- One 24-hour period off per week
Responsibilities
- Reviewing Shift Notes
- Clocking Caregiver In and Out
- Scheduling Replacement Caregivers for Call-Outs
- Support Caregivers During their Shifts
- Answering Client Questions
- Bringing Ease and Comfort to Our Clients and Caregivers
- Visiting a Client on a Rare Occasion
- Attend staff meetings
- Be available to perform on-call duties during specified periods
