Responsibilities

Overall Design and Production Management of Adventure Parts: Lead the design, structure, and progress management of story-driven segments (dialogue, exploration, choices, etc.), creating immersive narrative experiences for players
Collaboration with Scenario Writers & Game Adaptation Design: Work closely with original authors and scriptwriters to translate text-based content into compelling gameplay experiences. Design branching choices, event flow, pacing, and presentation to align with the narrative’s intent
Direction of Event Presentation, Camera, and Animation: Specify event scene direction, including camera work, character motions, sound effects, and UI displays, to effectively convey the emotional beats and intentions of the story
Adventure UI/UX Design: Design user interfaces and interactions—such as choice selection, log display, skip/rewind functions, and exploration interactions—that allow players to comfortably enjoy the narrative
Implementation, Testing, and Polish: Implement designed specifications in the game engine, conduct iterative testing during development, and refine the user experience through repeated adjustments
