Requirements

  • Undergraduate, graduate, or PhD student expected to graduate in December 2026 or Spring 2027
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Support program planning and scheduling activities, helping track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across engineering teams
  • Assist production planning and logistics engineers with material coordination, inventory tracking, and supply chain optimization
  • Partner with prototype build teams to coordinate build readiness, track work orders, and update configuration documentation
  • Collaborate with quality engineers to collect production data, perform defect analysis, and support corrective actions
  • Participate in advanced manufacturing and process improvement projects, contributing to initiatives that enhance efficiency, repeatability, and product quality
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and metrics to communicate progress and insights to engineering and leadership teams
