Adult Psychiatrist Outpatient Practice with a Sign on Bonus! at LifeStance Health

The compensation range is from $299,000 to $384,000 a year, with generous above-market pay, unlimited/uncapped earnings, a sign-on bonus for full-time employees, and a new cash incentive bonus.

This is a hybrid role with 100% outpatient work, no nights, no hospital calls, and no weekends, offering strong work/life balance. Locations are in and around the Salt Lake City area, including Bountiful, Lehi, Murray, Riverton, Pleasant Grove, and Draper.

Candidates must be fully licensed in Utah, BE/BC in Psychiatry with an unencumbered DEA license, have completed a residency in the US or near completion, and be experienced in both medication management and therapy. Bi-lingual skills, especially Spanish, are a plus.
