This role requires associates to work onsite full-time at the posted location in Atlanta, GA, to enable face-to-face collaboration and teamwork. Candidates not within a reasonable commuting distance will not be considered unless an accommodation is granted.
The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of lead/supervisory experience in a health care environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred skills include being bi-lingual (English/Spanish), 1+ years of medical front office experience, prior authorization experience, inbound call experience, and customer service experience in a medical or professional setting.
This is a part-time PRN position with day shifts, covering sick call-offs, PTO coverage, and higher census days as needed at the clinic open Monday-Friday.
Strong candidates will have a HS diploma or equivalent with 1+ year of lead/supervisory experience in healthcare, plus preferred medical front office experience, bi-lingual skills (English/Spanish), prior authorization, inbound calls, and customer service in a medical setting.
