Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, ensuring timely and accurate responses
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for team members
  • Assist in keeping accurate inventory through owning the cycle count process, production entry, and sub inventory transfers in Oracle
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism
  • Enter and update data in various systems and databases, maintaining accurate records
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are easily accessible and securely stored
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management
