Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum education of D3, preferably in Accounting or Economics. Proficiency in computer operations, particularly in Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis on Excel, is required. Candidates must be willing to visit stations to conduct audits and investigations as directed by supervisors. Strong communication skills, both personal and public, are essential. Candidates should demonstrate loyalty, leadership qualities, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. Willingness to be placed at the Warehouse in Kupang is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Admin Area will perform bi-monthly area recap and reporting. They will also recap and report incentive payroll for PKWT, cross-check petty cash, submit PR for ASSET, ATK, and Consumables, and visit stations alongside the area manager.
