The role involves provision and coordination of clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for assigned patients, ongoing collection and analysis of patient data, administering medications, and performing dialysis-related treatments under supervision.
The position is part of the Kidney Disease health care team and Clinical Advancement Program, working under the direction of the Program Manager with guidance from Educators, Preceptors, or higher-level CAP RNs for the first 6 months.
This is an entry-level CAP RN 1 position, with expectations to complete requirements to advance to the next Inpatient CAP level within 24 months from date of hire.
