Acute Inpatient Registered Nurse - RN at Fresenius Medical Care

You will enter the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP), which develops clinical leadership skills, allows sharing expertise, and recognizes experience, with new hires starting at the appropriate CAP level based on prior experience and education.

This is a full-time role supporting patients in a hospital setting within local hospitals, working autonomously alongside inpatient staff in fast-paced ICU, CCU, and ED units.

Key duties include providing safe patient care, documenting patient data, monitoring and modifying treatment plans, communicating with healthcare teams, administering medications, ensuring physician orders are entered, and participating in decision-making, teaching, leadership, and quality improvement.
