Requirements

  • 2-10 years of experience in Capital Markets/BA
  • Graduation/Post-Graduation educational qualification
  • MBA from reputed business school (preferred)
  • FRM, CFA, PRM or other industry specific certification (plus)
  • Prior experience working on consulting projects
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Subject matter expertise in Investment Banking & Investment Management functions, including domains like Capital Markets (FO, MO, Market Data, Collateral Management, Liquidity Management), Asset & Wealth Management (Front Office Advisory, Salesforce), OMS systems (Charles River, Aladdin, Bloomberg AIM, Avaloq), Back Office applications, Portfolio management, Fund Management & Accounting, Treasury functions, Risk Management (Market, Credit, Operational, Liquidity), Post trade, Exchange & Trading, Regulatory Change and Compliance (MiFID, EMIR, MiFID II, Basel, IFRS9, SFTR), RPA, BPM, Data profiling/lineage/analytics, Data Migration/Change Management, Trading platforms (Murex, Calypso, Temenos, Kondor+), Data Governance, Agile/Hybrid SDLC

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to solve complex problems such as regulatory reforms and implementation
  • Define and manage organizational change with reference to process, technology, and organization structure
  • Manage transformation projects to migrate from legacy to target systems
  • Assess as-is processes and suggest best industry practices to define to-be processes and implement them to remove inefficiencies
  • Support data governance and management to optimize operations and drive business decision-making
  • Support development of collateral, methodology refinements, best practices updates, trends tracking, and create/support proposals incorporating Accenture value proposition
  • Incorporate Accenture best practices and help develop methodologies into every stage of the project management lifecycle
